How do I get started?

What Information do I need?
1. Your Driver’s License
2. Your Landlord’s Contact Information
3. Your Utility Bill (Phone, Electricity, Gas, Water, or Cable)
4. Your Lease Agreement
5. Your Social Security Card

After you register for your plan of choice, the verification process begins.
1. We verify your identity.
2. We verify your lease and rental payments with your Landlord/Property Manager.
3. We report your monthly rental payments to all three Credit Bureaus.

4. Your new rental tradeline will be added to your credit report. Typically, the credit bureaus state you should see your new rental account within 45 days; however, it usually shows up sooner.

What is the best plan for me?

This will depend on the history of your lease agreement. Let’s look at some examples:

Example 1: If you have had the same landlord for 2 years, you may want to choose…
Monthly + up to 2 Year Payment History: $149.00 set up fee and $9.95 monthly payment going forward. This plan reports up to 2 years of rental history (1 landlord) along with every monthly payment you make going forward as long as your account is open and active.

Monthly + up to 1 Year Payment History: $99.00 set up fee with a $9.95 monthly payment going forward. This plan reports up to 1 year of rental history (1 landlord) along with every monthly payment you make going forward as long as your account is open and active.
